  • Wash with light soap and hand dry
  • Treat with beeswax and mineral oil based butcher treatment (we use Howard Butcher Block Conditioner) ever to every other monthDO NO USE DISHWASHER OR ALLOW TO SIT IN WATER (This will cause the board to crack and or warp)
